
Prenatal yoga class designed for all levels to foster community and a more functional birth. This class follows the Prenatal Yoga Center's 3-pronged approach: asana (poses), birth education, and community.

Make sure to gather some props:
Yoga Mat
2 blocks (Nalgene size water bottles would work great! Or full paper towel rolls)
Blanket or thick towel
Bolster or firm couch cushion
