You don't have to religiously count macros or calories, constantly check your weight or body composition, or move your body daily to perform your best. There is a different way. You aren't a robot! You're a human and, might I add, a pretty rad one if you've made it here! You are way more complex than formulas and numbers. Learn not just the science, but the art of fueling your active and fulfilling life.
I'm a former dancer turned yogi and as an adult, I became an endurance runner. I have also struggled with bulimia since I was a teenager. Over the last 25 years, I've seen several eating disorder therapists and nutritionists, but it wasn't until two years ago when I started working with Lauren that the work stuck.
