Intermeditate Yinyasa - Quad burner + Runner's Lunge

This class is the best of both worlds! The first half of class you'll flow breath to movement (vinyasa yang energy!). Since this is intermediate, there will be plenty of chatarangas but you can also skip or make your own. The second half of class, you'll explore deeper stretches with longer holds and some true restorative postures to reset your nervous system (yin energy!) What'd I tell ya? Best of both worlds!

This particular class features a quad burner sun b flow to really build heat before cooling it down with runner's lunge, half pigeon, and a few juicy restorative shapes.
