Intermediate Yinyasa - Hip flexor and glutes!

This class is like the Hannah Montana of yoga: the best of both worlds! The first half of class you'll flow breath to movement (vinyasa yang energy!). Since this is intermediate, there will be plenty of chatarangas but you can also skip or make your own. The second half of class, you'll explore deeper stretches with longer holds and some true restorative postures to reset your nervous system (yin energy!) What'd I tell ya? Best of both worlds!
