
Join us for a relaxing, all levels park yoga class with Lauren “Lo” Segal, owner of Intuitive Athlete Nutrition & Yoga!
Let's meet near the Pavilion at 7:50 AM and Yoga will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
This 1-hour class is designed to recover from miles on the trail or just a hard week at work (or both!). Expect to warm up your body with gentle movements and Sun salutations, then get into deeper stretches before cooling down with restorative postures.
Bring a mat and/or towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and any desired props (yoga blocks, straps).
