Virtual attendees: Props recommended: bolster/couch cushions/pillows, blocks or thick books, blanket/s, eye mask - really anything that makes you feel comfy, cozy, and supported!
In-person attendees: props provided, but feel free to bring your own! Continuum has mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps.
