Designed for your nervous system, this class utilizes props to support your physical body into a sense of ease and restoration. Anyone can practice restorative yoga! No yoga experience required!

Virtual attendees: Props recommended: bolster/couch cushions/pillows, blocks or thick books, blanket/s, eye mask - really anything that makes you feel comfy, cozy, and supported!

In-person attendees: props provided, but feel free to bring your own! Continuum has mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps.

Let's meet near the Pavilion at 7:50 AM and Yoga will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.

This 1-hour class is designed to recover from miles on the trail or just a hard week at work (or both!). Expect to warm up your body with gentle movements and Sun salutations, then get into deeper stretches before cooling down with restorative postures.

Bring a mat and/or towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and any desired props (yoga blocks, straps).

As many as 1 in 3 female athletes may be struggling with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), which has a negative impacts on health and performance. Join Sports Dietitian, Lauren "Lo" Segal, and Sport Psychologist, Christina Scharmer, to learn more about REDs: what it is, how to identify it, and how to minimize your risk. You'll also get a hands-on experience on how to prep energy bites and how this delicious snack can help you meet your energy needs to reduce your risk of REDs.
